Terms and Conditions N.B. THE SENDING OF A DEPOSIT FOR A RESERVATION CONFIRMS YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET OUT BELOW AND SHALL BE BINDING ON ALL PERSONS STATED ON THE BOOKING. ONCE THE RESERVATION HAS BEEN CONFIRMED AND A DEPOSIT PAID THE NAMED PERSON ON THE BOOKING WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TOTAL RENTAL PRICE OF THE PROPERTY AS AGREED. 1. A 25% deposit is required within 7 days of making a reservation to secure the booking. If the deposit is not received within this time frame the dates will be released. 2. The remaining balance, and the £200/$380 security bond, must be paid and funds cleared no later than 6 weeks before arrival date (please allow time for cheque clearance - 3 working days). 3. Any cancellations must be in writing and received at least 7 weeks prior to arrival date. We regret that upon cancellation the deposit cannot be refunded. 4. Any cancellations after 7 weeks prior to arrival date will incur the loss of the full holiday cost unless the dates can be re-sold : in this circumstance the loss will be the deposit amount. 5. Our management company will inspect the villa after departure and any breakages, losses or damage will be deducted from the security bond. Please note that refund of the security bond can take up to one month from departure date. 6. Pool and spa heating is optional and charged at £95/$175 per week for all bookings. This must be requested at time of booking. 7. For bookings of 5 nights or less a cleaning charge of £80/$150 will be added to the rental cost. 8. Occupancy of the villa is from 4pm on arrival date. The villa must be vacated by 11am on departure day 9. The keys must be collected and returned to the management company at the beginning and end of your stay. 10. The keys are your responsibility; any lost or unreturned keys will result in the loss of the full amount of the security bond. 11. The villa is non smoking therefore smoking is not permitted inside the villa. 12. No pets are allowed in the villa 13. All guests are expected to read, and abide by, the information and rules laid out in the welcome pack (this is in the villa). 14. Any breakages/damage or problems should be reported to the management company as soon as possible so they can be rectified quickly. 15. We cannot accept any liability whatsoever for any injury sustained by guests or any other visitors to the home or swimming pool, or for any loss or damage, however caused, to any property brought onto the premises. 16. All information regarding the premises is checked to ensure the accuracy of descriptions. However we are not always able to control the components of the facility and it is possible that an advertised facility may be withdrawn or changed due to circumstances beyond our control and for which we can not accept liability. 17. We accept no responsibility for and shall not be liable in respect of loss or damage or changes caused by force majeure events (e.g. strikes, fire, flood, weather conditions, closure of airports etc) or any other event beyond our control. 18. We strongly recommend that all guests take out adequate insurance cover. We are not responsible for any deaths, injuries, illness or loss or damage to property, including motor vehicles, of any guest however caused. 19. The parking of cars/vehicles on the grass verges and/or street is strictly prohibited and any such vehicles will be towed away. Please park all vehicles in the garage or on the driveway. |
